Glass Pretreatment
Select high quality float glass with high flatness and excellent transparency, and strictly cut, edging, cleaning and drying. Printing Process
The pre-processed glass is loaded onto the digital printing device platform. After the device is started, the digital nozzle evenly sprays the special ink on the glass surface with micron accuracy according to the image data instruction. During the printing process, real-time monitoring and feedback adjustment ensure that the color concentration, clarity and pattern integrity are always in the best state, and different colors of ink layer upon layer to create a gorgeous visual effect.
Post-Treatment
The printed glass enters the curing process, and through ultraviolet irradiation or high temperature baking, the ink is rapidly cured, closely combined with the glass surface, and the wear resistance, scratch resistance and weather resistance are enhanced. After that, according to the use of the product, secondary processing such as tempering, sandwich and hollow can be selectively carried out to further expand the product function and application field.
